You automaticly agree with using my TOS by using my work in any way. I'm not responsible for missunderstanding/not reading/failing to follow them, if you break them I have full right to report/block/black list you.If you have any questions, feel free to DM @soullay on discord.

Reposted art without permission gets taken down by copyright laws!
I also wish for anything I do to be associated or used by/with AI. I do not use image or text generative AI EVER, and I do not wish my work or anything by me to be fed to it, including my voice, making char AI of my characters or me, etc.

The fact you read general TOS doesn't mean you don't need to read everything else. there's lot more important stuff in the other parts.
General

✦ edgucate people who haven't read my TOS don't pretend like you know everything about me though.
✦ report/try to remove reposted art that you're assured is not allowed by me if they're claiming I gave them permission dm me directly about it
✦ Correct me if you feel like I'm saying/doing smth wrong

✦ Make Innapropriate remarks on me or my OCs (such as 'hot', 'sexy', etc.) joking or not
✦ Answer questions for me that you have nothing to do with you can answer to requests such as 'does anyone have Soullay's sona ref' or 'what is Soullay's twitter', but never go 'well Soullay once said' etc.

✦ Feel free to draw my ocs interacting with others in friendly manner
✦ Heavy gore is allowed, angst and blood is allowed
✦ DO NOT USE FANART OF MY OCS AS YOUR PFP/BANNER Even if it was drawn by you, i'm uncomfy seeing my oc at someone else's pfp
✦ outfit switching is allowed
✦ you may turn my feral characters into anthro versions
✦ ALWAYS TAG ME IF MAKING FANARTTT don't be shy I love seeing any fanart no mather the effort or skill <33
When offering
aka when YOU offer on MY char✦ ALWAYS FOLLOW WHAT'S WRITTEN ON THE SPECIFIC PROFILE
✦ if i say i accept, REPLY WITHIN A WEEK. don't need to send an update just say something that confirms pending!!
✦ Trades should be transfered within 72 hours
✦ money should be transfered 48 since letting u know where to pay (UNLESS payment plan/hold is discussed)
✦ Art should be made within 3 months unless stated otherwise!!
✦ Trade cooldown of 1 week (you may transfer to alt account!!)

Public art/animation

✦ DO NOT USE MY WORK IN EDITS/COMPILATIONS. the only person allowed to do is me myself and my close friends!
✦ NEVER CLAIM MY WORK AS YOURS OR SOMEBODY ELSES
✦ DO NOT FEED MY ART TO AI/NFT ever. ew.
Owned Art/Animation
✧This applies to art commissioned, traded, gifted, or made for an individual. ONLY THE INDIVIDUAL THEMSELVES CAN USE IT✦ You may use the art as pfp/banner, WITH PROPER/VISIBLE CREDIT
✦ DO NOT RESELL MY ALONE WORK IN ANY WAY. this does not apply if i drew art of your oc and you're selling the oc, just don't resell the ART on it's own.
✦ FOR COMMERCIAL USE PLEASE ASK FOR FEES DIRECTLY!
✦ NEVER USE MY ART FOR HARMFUL PROPAGANDA the fact that you paid for it doesn't mean you can make my art repressend harmful stuff.

✦ DO NOT SELL MY DESIGNS FOR MORE THAN THEY WERE BOUGHT FOR unless you add on art with individual worths.
✦ DO NOT USE MY DESIGNS FOR HARMFUL PROPAGANDA/INNAPROPRIATE STUFF idc if you own them now, it's still my art and I don't want it used for anything innapropriate.
Side notes:✦ You may redesign the design I made for you as long as it has at least minimal resamblance AND as long as I'M CREDITED AS THE DESIGNER OF THE ORIGINAL DESIGN.
